David Foessel Photographer
Born in 1980 in Strasbourg, David Foessel began his journey in photography by studying in Paris, where he honed his artistic vision.
He started his career in 2000 as an assistant at Studio Elle, spending five years mastering fashion and still life photography.
In 2005, he joined Gamma Presse as a photojournalist, focusing on social and environmental issues.
In 2010, through a collaboration with Cut Architectures, he discovered architectural photography. This encounter marked a decisive turning point in his career, leading him to primarily focus on this field. At the same time, he continues to create commissioned portraits, adding a human and narrative dimension to his work.
Recognizable for his style, which is both technical and sensitive, he captures the essence of built spaces while exploring the stories surrounding them.
